Chef Pace began his extensive career wth the famous Michelin Master Chef Andrea Helriegel at the original Villa Mozart Restaurant in Merano, South Tyrol, Italty . Since then his journey has spanned over 30 years and has brought him from Italy to the USA.

From New York City's famous il Palio Restaurant. to Trattoria Dopo Teatro off Broadway, Café Milano of Georgetown, Fiore di Luna in Great Falls, and now his life's dream, a restaurant of his own, Villa Mozart, Chef Pace has been successfully pleasing the palates of patrons with his culinary marvels and has brought his world famous culinary skills to Fairfax City.

At Villa Mozart, Chef Pace uses ingredients from local farmers to complement his homemade pastas and hearty dishes from his beloved South Tyrolean region.  He still attracts the gourmands looking for modern and inventive cuisine, professional service, and an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
